ELSA, LLC remains family owned and operated. The name ELSA is a blend of family members’ names. Family members have unique knowledge, skills and aspirations which contribute to the continuing success ELSA, LLC. Through careful planning, designing and managing, ELSA, LLC strives to continue operations for long-term sustainability and profitability.

Founded in 2006, ELSA, LLC was born from a principal’s housing search for a friend with a disability. Together, they realized a need, not only for common sense housing options for people with disabilities, but for housing in which they could take pride. ELSA, LLC’s first private residence, specifically designed for individuals with disabilities, met with great demand.
